Background
Koert studied Dutch law at the University of Leiden. During his studies, Koert worked as a clerk at the Zeeland – West Brabant District Court. In January 2006 he started his career at Raetsluy Advocaten, where he later became a partner. During his career, Koert took several specialization courses. In 2012, among other things, he completed the specialization course Rent Law of the Vereniging Huurrecht Advocaten. This was followed by a specialization course at the Grotius Academy focused on Real Estate Law.
