Bankruptcy Pluimen.nl – Information for Stakeholders
On February 18, 2025, the Rotterdam District Court declared the bankruptcy of the private limited company Pluimen.nl B.V. (“Pluimen.nl”). Mr. P.C.M. (Patrique) Ouwens has been appointed as the trustee, and Mr. J.T.P. Pot has been designated as the supervisory judge.

I have a claim against Pluimen.nl. How do I submit my claim?

If you wish to assert a special right (e.g., a pledge or retention of title), you must submit this in writing via ClaimsAgent.nl, providing all relevant documentation that proves your right. If you wish to exercise a special right concerning specific goods, you must also indicate this via ClaimsAgent.nl.
I placed an order with Pluimen.nl but have not received any communication from the trustee. How can I get in touch?
If you recently placed an order with Pluimen.nl, you are also requested to submit your claim via ClaimsAgent.nl. If necessary, the trustee will contact you.
2. Gift Cards
Can I still use my Pluimen.nl gift cards?
Due to the bankruptcy, you are currently unable to redeem Pluimen.nl gift cards. The trustee is investigating the possibilities for a restart of the company. As soon as more information is available, the trustee will provide an update.
You can submit your claim via ClaimsAgent.nl for the remaining balance on your gift card. Ensure that you upload sufficient supporting documentation so the trustee can verify your claim.
3. Bankruptcy Communication
I would like to stay informed about the status of the Pluimen.nl bankruptcy. Where can I find this information?
